By accessing or using any part of the Service — including reading articles, creating an account, posting comments, or subscribing to our newsletter — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

Discovia is an international science discovery magazine dedicated to identifying the world's most important emerging discoveries and transforming them into clear, compelling stories for intellectually curious readers. Our editorial team covers five primary areas: Health & Body, Clean Energy, Food & Agriculture, AI & Computing, and Materials & Manufacturing.

Discovia publishes original editorial content. Our articles represent journalistic interpretation and narrative presentation of information drawn from the public domain of scientific knowledge. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in any Submission and that it does not violate these Terms or any third-party rights. Discovia does not endorse any Submission and reserves the right to remove any Submission at its sole discretion, without notice or liability.

We moderate comments to maintain a constructive, respectful community. Comments that are spam, abusive, off-topic, or otherwise in violation of these Terms will be removed. Repeat violations may result in account termination.

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL DISCOVIA'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DISCOVIA IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100).
